The Revivor Foundation banner: mental health support for brighter tomorrows, with the message ‘You are not alone’.

The Revivor Foundation

Mental-health support starts with being heard.

Compassionate mental-health support for children, young people, families, and communities in Sunderland, Newcastle and across North East England — with a clear way forward when things feel heavy.

A community practice

Family mental health care gets stronger when we share it.

We bring people, practitioners, charities, and local partners into the same conversation — so support can reach further.

01

A safe start

A calm, human place to say what is going on and be met without judgement.

02

Practical support

Evidence-informed therapy and services shaped around real life, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

03

Fair access

Funded sessions when grants are active, and a contribution-based option when they are not.

04

Shared impact

Every contribution helps keep volunteers supported and the next door open.

Beyond the session

Mental health is a community project.

From Sunderland partnerships to fundraising and volunteer support, the foundation builds the network around care too. Because a better outcome is rarely made by one person alone.

Supporting Sunderland International Community

Sunderland International Community

We are proud to work in partnership with Sunderland International Community to provide compassionate and culturally sensitive support to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Through this partnership, we work closely with people who have experienced modern slavery, exploitation, displacement, and other significant life challenges, helping them access the emotional and practical support they need to rebuild their lives. We work alongside professional interpreters and offer access to linguistic counsellors, ensuring that language is never a barrier to receiving high-quality mental health support.
